Sticks, goggles, and goalie equipment available to rent for new players who just want to try it out! (Field equipment limited to girls at this time, goalie gear is co-ed)

Our train & play programs are a great opportunity to learn new skills and play on dedicated scrimmage days. Perfect for players who want to improve fundamentals and Lax IQ in the off seasons.

For all skill levels, offered in the fall and summer seasons.


Strength, conditioning, and speed focus in addition to advanced stick skills and game situation drills. Position specific workshops and strategy building programs to build confidence and improve your performance on the field.

For intermediate to advanced level players. Offered throughout all seasons.


We offer opportunities to compete in local tournaments through our house team, Jax Surge Lax (Girls Youth/MS/HS age groups).

Personal training sessions with our staff of former NCAA athletes/coaches and certified strength and conditioning specialist. We provide skills and fitness specific training programs, and our clients range from beginner to international level athletes. Strength, conditioning, and speed training programs are not limited to lacrosse players; we work with athletes of all sports backgrounds with customized training plans to help them achieve their performance goals.
